This is a marvelous SUPERB GEM; really, everything about it is high end and very attractive. A subtly reflective and brilliantly flashy luster radiates in the smooth, essentially pristine surfaces. Sharply struck devices do stand out with a crisp definition imparted by an exacting blow from the dies. The impressive quality is accentuated by a totally original iridescent toning on both sides that really adds to the remarkable eye appeal. One of the better examples we have seen in quite some time, this short lived sub-type will entice even the most jaded half dime collector. PCGS 56, NGC 44, CAC 14. PCGS has graded in 15 in MS66+. The only CAC approved MS66+ was the NGC-graded coin from the Highland Collection that has appeared in several auctions since it first sold in 2015 for $3,966. Keep in mind that in MS67, the last two CAC coins sold for $18,800!
