- MEXICO. Death of Charles III Bronze Medal, 1788. PCGS MS-62. Grove-K-84c. A large and well struck example with ample original mint luster and no distracting marks, this medal was struck in 1788 to commemorate the death of Charles III. The chocolate brown surfaces are very attractive and show a right-facing bust of Charles III on the obverse and the tomb of the king on the reverse with the date O.13.D.A.1788 inscribed on the tomb.
