详细说明: What an amazing GEM 21-D dime! Bold satiny mint frost shines on both obverse and reverse. The winged head of Liberty and the fasces on the reverse are all very sharply struck (of particular importance are the bands on the reverse, which are fully separated and rounded). A touch of subtle pastel iridescent toning can be found on both sides adding to the SUPERB eye appeal. Even under strong magnification we are unable to find a single mark worthy of mention. PCGS 70, NGC 38, CAC 13. We sold one in October 2017 for $10,281 and this coin sold in the 2019 FUN auction for $5,040. We think this one is nicer than the other, and should bring more today than it did in January. The current PCGS Price Guide value is listed at $7,500 and that value doubles a half point higher in MS66 FB. We love the look of this coin and it should bring a serious bid from the advanced Mercury dime collector. It will be at home in a great set. Cert. Number 5899862 PCGS # 4937.00
