GREAT BRITAIN. 1/2 Penny, 1729. George II (1727-60). NGC PROOF-64 BN. S-3717; KM-566. Well struck from fresh dies, with even glossy coffee-bean brown color and a mostly blue iridescent sheen that shadows the raised surfaces. Everything you would expect from an early 18th century coin at this exalted grade level, thus making it a coin any collector would be proud to own, especially a collector specializing in this area of British numismatics.
