(t) CHINA. Copper-Nickel 50 Cents Pattern, Year 30 (1941). Chengdu Mint. PCGS AU-58. KM-PnC194 (similar to Y-362); K-863 lll. (Erroneously identified as Y-362). Recorded in Kann as a Pattern only date, despite be erroneously called circulation issue by PCGS, this example of the RARE type displays strong details and limited instance of handling across the surfaces. Some die cuds are noticed on both obverse and reverse, and these add a touch of charm to the present example. Estimate: $1,000 - $2,000.
