- A marvelously preserved GEM proof Barber dime, struck the year the Titanic sank. Soft lilac, rose, and pale blue accents are highlighted by the deep reflection of the mirrored fields. In all the eye appeal is wonderful! The original mintage was only 700 pieces. PCGS 25, NGC 17, CAC 8. The last one to sell in auction was the Dakota-Young coin in our December 2016 Regency Auction, which realized $1,351 on a $1,250+ estimate and the CU value is $1,500.
