- We really like this coin! It is a rare double sided toned 84-O. Bordering on the SUPERB GEM grade, both sides are deeply and richly patinated, displaying vibrant purple, blue, teal, and hints of orange and lilac on the obverse and the reverse is more orange and rose, with accents of pale blue, olive, and lavender toning. Overall, the color rates an 8.5+, with the obverse being a touch more vibrant and vivid than the reverse. The eye appeal is sensational, and a borderline SUPERB quality example from the technical standpoint. Do not let this beauty get away. A wonderful toner that realized $1,704 in our September 2022 Regency Auction. The buyer is changing directions and is reoffering it in our sale.
