详细说明: 1872 Two-Cent Piece. Proof-66 BN (PCGS). CAC. This uncommonly vivid BN specimen exhibits iridescent powder blue and lilac-rose undertones to dominant glossy-brown toning. Traces of original mint orange color persist in isolated areas, namely the upper third of the obverse and at the lower reverse border. The strike is full, the finish intense, and the surfaces border on pristine. Given that the circulation strike 1872 two-cent piece is a key date issue with just 65,000 coins struck, this beautiful and conditionally rare Proof should have no difficulty finding its way into a high grade date set or advanced type collection.
