- SWITZERLAND. Car/Hot Air Balloon Bronze Medal, 1926. PCGS SPECIMEN-64 Gold Shield. Diameter: 40mm. Struck to commemorate a hot air balloon flight with automobile pursuit in Zurich. This medal was struck from sandblasted dies and then artificially antiqued. It is without marks or wear. The only other appearance of this type in the archives was in Auctiones GmbH eAuction 42 (Bern, Switzerland, November 2015), lot 226. Estimate: $100 - $200.
