FROM THE SYMPHONY COLLECTION. O-106a. This is a wonderful and original AU Capped Bust half dollar. Deep dove-gray patina has lovely blue and gold hues at the peripheries. Exceptionally well struck on both sides, there is just a touch of wear on the highest points. The eye appeal is very high end for the grade. PCGS 294, NGC 81, CAC 21. The last PCGS/CAC coin to sell realized $384 in May 2018, but it was not as evenly toned or presented as the present coin. The current Collector's Universe value is $400 and this one could easily surpass that level. A great collector grade coin! Cert. Number 82257506 PCGS # 6143
