- GREAT BRITAIN. Gold King George I Gold Coronation Medal, 1714. PCGS SP-58 Secure Holder. 34.5 mm; 22.48 gms. Eimer-470; MI-424-9. Laureate armored and draped bust of King right, name and titles around; Reverse: King seated on throne, being crowned by Britannia. In exergue: "INAVGVRAT XX OCT. / MDCCXIIII." By J. Croker, whose initials, I. C., appear on the truncation of the bust. Mild wear on the high points of the design account for the current grade. Bold strike, lustrous and attractive.
