When you twirl the coin, the mirrors look like a freshly made sheet of glass. There is no toning and there is good contrast., For sure this is a borderline cameo. Miss Liberty and the details are fully struck and thickly frosted. The eye appeal is jaw dropping! 1000 were minted but most were melted. PCGS 1, NGC 5, CAC 1. You know for PCGS and CAC to agree this is a special coin. We would assume it is the FINEST graded for the date. You know all published prices on coins like these are incorrect.
