FROM THE ISSAQUAH ESTATE No question to us this is a HIGH END and gorgeous coin. We do not know why CAC did not bean it. Even though the coin is toned you can see the semi prooflike mirrors (no imagination needed). There are just a handful of ticks spread all over. We actually think the surfaces are fine even if the coin was graded MS63. Both sides are fairly flashy. Beautiful layers of original colors are spread all over. A circle of royal blue surrounds the rims only on the obverse. The rest of the coin is toned deep golden brown with pale hints of magenta. Miss Liberty and the details are sharply struck and have light frost. The eye appeal is exceptional! PCGS 10, NGC 9, CAC 2. The last PCGS no CAC coin that sold in auction brought $7,000 in April 2018. We placed this coin with the Issaquah Collector back in 2007 for $12,500. We've seen a few MS63's that do not look anywhere as nice as this. The current Collectors Universe Value is $10,000. Opportunity knocks loud here for the picky Mint State Seated Collector! Cert.
