MEXICO. 1/2 Escudo, 1864/1-DoLT/CP. PCGS MS-61 Secure Holder. Fr-111; KM-378.1. VERY RARE,the sole certified example at either PCGS or NGC. The final date from this mint, listed in the Standard Catalog of World Coinswith a value of $500 in XF and no price in higher grades. Close inspection reveals an obvious overdate (1864/1) which is unlisted for the date. Oversayer not noted on slab insert. A prize for the specialist. Estimate: $1,500 - $2,000. PCGS# 676828.
