- GREAT BRITAIN. Groat, ND (1554-58). London Mint; mm: lis. Philip & Mary I. PCGS VF-30. S-2508; N-1973. Obverse: Crowned and robed bust left; Reverse: Square-topped coat-of-arms over long cross fourchee. Though exhibiting a somewhat wavy nature to the flan and some even wear throughout, this minor from the period of Mary's marriage to Philip, the King of Spain, offers a great original appearance and stands as a solid representative of the type.
