- The Lakewood Collection. Mintage: 41,820. Possibly a hair finer than the assigned grade in terms of sharpness and luster, PCGS may have settled upon the basal "about uncirculated" level due noticeably bright surfaces that exhibit exceedingly thin, pale golden hue. Smoothly and honestly circulated overall, a faint hairline scratch on the reverse appears to be the only noteworthy characteristic.
