FROM THE ISSAQUAH ESTATE No question this is a totally original coin. We consider it HIGH END as well. To the naked eye the surfaces are clean and smooth. Only when using a strong glass can you see a few scattered tiny ticks. There is a thick totally original toning that we think keeps the coin from a MS63 grade. The toning has colors of pale navy/deep gun metal grey/pale evergreen/ You can see traces of light semi-prooflike mirrors when you tilt the coin. Miss Liberty and the details are sharply struck and have light frost. The eye appeal is excellent! PCGS 6, NGC 4, CAC 1. PCGS has graded only 5 coins higher. While NGC has graded only 3 higher. This is an exceptionally rare date and grade. PCGS auction records show the last one selling (NO CAC of course) way back in 2008 for $18,400! That was forever ago! We expect strong bidding here as this is a coin you just can not find in MS. Good luck! Cert. Number 3602861 PCGS # 6931
