- CEYLON. 5 Cents, 1891. Calcutta Mint. Victoria. PCGS PROOF Genuine--Environmental Damage, Unc Details. KM-93; Prid-180. Proof only year. A nicely preserved and attractive example exhibiting sharp details and hard flashy surfaces that display lovely mottled iridescent patina with plenty of original mint red. Both the obverse and reverse exhibit scattered dark spots which accounts for the details designation of "Environmental Damage". Despite its shortcomings a highly attractive survivor that's pleasing to the eye certain to be a welcome addition to the next collection it enters. Estimate: $400 - $600.
