- Vividly Toned Imperial Dollar
(t) CHINA. Dollar, Year 3 (1911). Tientsin Mint. Hsuan-t'ung (Xuantong [Puyi]). NGC MS-61.
L&M-37; K-227; KM-Y-31; WS-0046b. Variety without dot after "DOLLAR". Quite enticingly and attractively toned on each side, this incredibly vibrant crown presents a russet-burnt sienna nature that deepens on each side. Meanwhile, some underlying brilliance further augments is strong eye appeal.
Estimate: $10,000 - $12,000.
