NGC has a stranglehold on the certification of GSA silver dollars due to the elegant solution of displaying the date, provenance and grade on a simple adhesive band, and if they continue to grade conservatively as seen here, one can only expect "peel-off" upgrade attempts versus "crack-out" upgrades frequently seen today. The crystal-bright presence of this virtual gem shines with dazzling reflectivity and bright white texture on the devices, energizing obvious deep-cameo aesthetics. Fragile luster grazes on the cheek appear to be the only grade-relevant factors.
