THE MERIDIAN COLLECTION OF PROOF BARBER DIMES With just a single PR67+ CAM graded finer than the presently offered PQ GEM, and none so fine or finer having sold in auction since this one appeared in December 2016, this is a fabulous example of this very challenging low mintage issue. Rich iridescent champagne, gold, and pastel iridescent toning is brought out by a bold, deeply mirrored reflection in the fields. The eye appeal is excellent. Only 425 Proofs were struck. PCGS 5, NGC 3, CAC 3. This was the most recent example to sell in auction, realizing $3,950 nearly six years ago and the current PCGS Price Guide value is $5,500. Just a single PR67+ CAM is finer, a coin that has not appeared in auction. This wonderful GEM is worthy of a great set. Cert. Number 27839907 PCGS # 84898
