- 1866 Liberty Seated Quarter. Motto. Proof-64 Cameo (PCGS). CAC. Blushes of vivid cobalt blue and reddish-orange iridescence engage isolated peripheral areas of this otherwise brilliant near-Gem. From the first year of the series to bear the reverse motto IN GOD WE TRUST, and one of 725 pieces struck according to the Guide Book.
