- A SUPER HIGH END piece. VERY rare and this piece is the FINEST known. Superb and satiny smooth surfaces are all over. Even using a strong glass there are no serious imperfections to be found. The surfaces have a great original skin. There is a tiny copper stain on the reverse-proving this coin to be fully original. A typical moderate luster glows on both sides. Every detail is sharply struck and stands out. The eye appeal is excellent! PCGS 1, NGC 1, CAC 1. This coin last sold in the Gardner sale of June 2014 for $38,188. Even if you offer $250,000, you can never find a better piece! We cannot stress enough what a tremendous opportunity this piece is for the Mint State Seated Dime specialist.
