- 1829 Matron Head Cent. N-3. Rarity-3. Medium Letters. Fine-15 (PCGS). A nice chocolate-brown example with glossy, problem-free surfaces. Rather bluntly struck as is virtually always the case. Graded VF per EAC standards in past auction appearances. One of the scarcer Medium Letters varieties. Provenance: From the John McBride Collection.
