- Rhode Island--Providence. Undated (1861-1865) Frank L. Gay. Fuld-700E-4f. Rarity-9. Silver. Plain Edge. MS-65 (PCGS). 19 mm. Although listed under Providence, Rhode Island in the 2014 edition of the Fuld reference on Civil War store cards, the reverse die of this variety was used for Edward P. Francis of Fall River, Massachusetts (Fuld-MA-260A). Since related mulings have been assigned to Massachusetts, an alternate attribution for this piece could be Fuld-MA-260A-3f.
