- 1861 Liberty Seated Half Dollar. WB-101. MS-64 (PCGS). Lustrous in the fields and toned with golden-gray on the obverse with tinges of blue and russet, the reverse more evenly toned with rose-gold. Boldly struck on all devices, with trace doubling seen on the reverse legends. Surface quality approaches the Gem level, and the eye appeal is certainly high for this early Civil War issue.
