This is the first of a quintet of FRESH, high end, conservatively graded, Seated Liberty quarter Proofs in old NGC-fatty holders. Intensely flashy mirrored fields beam with a brilliant reflection. Sharply struck devices have a thick frost which give this undergraded coin a full Cameo contrast which is incredibly deep and dramatic on the reverse. Beautiful toning compliments the reflectivity and contrast. A scattering of the tiniest contact marks do not detract and would be appropriate even on a higher graded piece. While we cannot guarantee any outcome on resubmission, this coin just looks much better than a PR63! Only 975 Proofs were struck. PCGS 83, NGC 40, CAC GOLD 1.
