1801 Draped Bust Half Dollar. O-101. Rarity-3. EF-45 (NGC). CAC. A rare date for the collector that is seldom found this nice. The toning is a bit mottled with a mix of gold and gray with a few streaks also present. Clean surfaces with minimal nicks or bagmarks, and Liberty's head retains most of the hair definition. Slightly reflective in the fields, as imparted by the dies so long ago. A condition rarity that would be quite difficult to improve upon.
