- GREAT BRITAIN. Crown, 1746-LIMA. George II (1727-60). NGC AU-58. S-3689; Dav-1350; KM-585.3. "LIMA" below portrait. Struck from silver captured from the Spanish near Peru. Sharply struck with deep attractive tone in the peripheries, the open fields have a purplish-grey with golden highlights amongst the devices. A lovely example of this every popular issue.
