- GERMANY. Bavaria. Poultry Farming Silver Medal, ND. PCGS SPECIMEN-65 Gold Shield. Diameter: 33.5mm. Issued by the "Verein für Geflügelzucht in München" (Munich Poultry Union) for merit. Obverse: a cock crows over the city arms; reverse: three line inscription. The Medal exhibits attractive prooflike surfaces with apricot and russet toning. This example was lot 160 in Westfälische Auktionsgesellschaft auction 78 (September 2017) which we believe is the last time this scarce medal was offered. Estimate: $50 - $80.
