- 1893 Liberty Head Half Eagle. MS-62+ (PCGS). CAC. A frosty, modestly semi-reflective example with a razor sharp strike and wonderfully original orange-rose color. With a generous mintage of 1,528,120 circulation strikes and wide representation in repatriations of U.S. gold coins from European bank hoards, the 1893 is an available issue in most Mint State grades.
