Vividly lustrous surfaces have a beaming, brilliant flash throughout, enlivening the delicately toned surfaces. A rich frame of color yields to iridescent centers on the obverse, while the reverse has a blush of the clearest blue. Oh so close to FBL, this exceptional coin has a great eye appeal. PCGS 4, NGC 0. The last non-CAC example sold in 2016, and the current PCGS Price Guide value is $1,000, but with just one finer in the designation, we think this coin could sell for more. Cert.
