- R-8. 1-3 Minted. Struck in aluminum with a reeded edge. Very nice for the grade. The mirrors have what looks like light frost/haze, but we think it’s more mint made and something to do with the planchet than any kind of post mintage issue. The mirrors do offer a very strong reflection. Miss Liberty and the details are fully struck and have thick frost. The eye is actually pretty neat. PCGS 1, NGC 0. We strongly believe this coin Judd-number is unique, as we have never found any traces of another in ANY grade. There are no published values anywhere. This coin certainly has not been offered for sale in many years. Can't beat the fact it is unique (or nearly so), and from the Simpson Collection. PCGS # 800035 Cert. Number 30932296 PCGS # 61195
