- A truly pleasing GEM example of this first year of the with Motto reverse type. Radiant mint luster swirls all over with bold cartwheel brilliance. Sharply struck devices display bold definition. There are no serious marks or breaks in the frost anywhere. The eye appeal is excellent. This is a rarity any finer, and even CAC-approved MS65s are very few and far between! PCGS 83, NGC 64, CAC 17. This is the most recent PCGS/CAC example to have sold in auction, realziing $8,813 in the2017 ANA auction.
