- GREAT BRITAIN. Trade Dollar, 1910/00-B. Bombay Mint. PCGS MS-63 Gold Shield. KM-T5; Mars-BTD1; Prid-20. Overdate variety. Tied for third finest certified with three other examples on the PCGS population report, only surpassed by four pieces (PCGS MS 64[3] & MS 65[1]). A bright and attractive representative of the type exhibiting frosty devices combined with cartwheel luster offering much originality and freshness. Minor encrustation amongst the devices on the reverse located around 6 mentioned for accuracy. Upon close inspection both the obverse and reverse reveal diagnostic characteristics not normally encountered on this date. An interesting "Y" shaped die crack is noticed at 7 o'clock on the obverse extending from the edge under the ship. while the reverse shows faint well hidden thin die crack within the Greek border running almost completely around the circumference of the reverse design.
