A wholesome example of this early milled gold coinage and the only example of the date that we've handled in recent memory. Very well preserved example at this grade level, this example displays a great strike and considerable original mint flash in the legends, especially on the reverse. Worthy of consideration and a strong bid. Estimate: $1,000 - $1,200.
