- 1744-K Sou Marque. Bordeaux Mint. Vlack-127. Rarity-8. EF-40 (PCGS). Plenty of silvering remains to otherwise boldly defined surfaces that come up soft only at the right obverse and reverse borders. Dominant pewter-gray patina with faint traces of original satin luster, surfaces generally smooth in hand. This variety is the same as that of the specimen examined by Vlack (2004), with the letter L in LUD over an inverted T. Provenance: From the Sydney F. Martin Collection.
