- 1881 Liberty Seated Quarter. MS-66+ (PCGS). CAC. Boldly active cartwheel luster sweeps across satiny pale lilac-gray surfaces. The strike is bold save for some softness in certain obverse stars, and as should be expected from the assigned grade, the surfaces are immaculate to the unaided eye.
