- This GEM toned Proof Indian cent is a rhapsody in blue. The obverse is awash in rich teal-blue in the center framed by a brilliant emerald green at the rim. The reverse is blanketed by a lovely cobalt blue. The underlying mirrors are bold and beam all over around sharply struck devices. PCGS 26, NGC 14.
