THE J B N SET Ex Sounder, GBW, Lee Collections, as noted on the insert. WOW! Look at the AMAZING list of sets this immaculate 1934 Walker was included in! The fact that this TIED FOR FINEST was in the late great Jack Lee's collection speaks volumes for its quality. This coin is truly off the charts in terms of eye appeal! Blazing mint luster swirls boldly on the velvety surfaces. A blush of the clearest gold and icy blue that caresses the surfaces. Sleek and clean, there is just a tiny tick or two (visible only with the aid of a strong glass) are located in non-focal points on the design. All the details are razor sharp in strike and incredibly crisp in their rendering. The eye appeal is truly stupendous! PCGS 12, NGC 15. NONE are graded higher at PCGS. The most recent example sold in our April 2021 Regency Auction, realizing $6,756. This coin has a better overall look than the CAC-approved ex Simpson coin that sold for $20,400 in February 2021.
