- This satiny golden-tan specimen is lustrous with hard and glossy surfaces that reveal attractive rose and blue highlights in a bright light source. The strike is needle-sharp on this no-stars large cent pattern, and the eye appeal is nothing shy of stupendous. Later restrikes of this issue have raised rust spots in the fields. The present piece is tied with one other example for finest certified at PCGS within any color designation.
