- 1857-S Liberty Seated Quarter. Briggs 1-B. EF-45 (PCGS). CAC. Significant problem-free Choice EF quality for this scarce and conditionally challenging issue. Bathed in warm olive-gray patina, both sides are boldly to sharply defined with an overall smooth appearance.
