1906 Liberty Quarter Eagle. Proof-62 (PCGS). OGH. An appealing coin for proof gold type purposes, this late-date Liberty Quarter Eagle is fully impressed with pretty olive-orange color. The obverse is uniformly brilliant in finish, but the eagle has enough of a satin texture to impart a cameo "look" to the reverse. Tiny, singularly inconspicuous contact marks do little more than define the grade.
