- GREAT BRITAIN. Bank Dollar (5 Shillings), 1804. Soho (Birmingham) Mint. George III. PCGS AU-53 Gold Shield. S-3768; KM-Tn1; Esc-1925. A boldly struck and dark toned example of this popular type. These overstrikes often do not reveal much detail of the undertype, but in this case it is clearly a Spanish Colonial 8 Reales with a date of 1802, which is visible just to the right of "1804".
