Beautiful reflective mirrors glitter under the rich blues, golds, and reds of the patina. The eye appeal is superb, each of the details are crisply struck up and fully rendered by a precise blow from the dies. Only 500 proofs were struck of this final Civil War year, and final year of the No Motto type. PCGS 8, NGC 19. The most recent two PCGS PR65 to sell went really CHEAP. The only other PCGS graded coin to sell this DECADE sold for $3,760 in November 2012. More recently the last three NGC coins even sold for $3,819.
