- The Only Certified Mint State Example HONDURAS. Central American Republic. 2 Reales, 1831-T F. Tegucigalpa Mint. PCGS MS-61 Gold Shield. KM-9.3. A workhorse denomination from a specie-limited region, this coin is an anomaly of existence, displaying intense brilliance whereas most showcase heavy circulation. The strike is just a touch off-center and while commonplace for the series, a patch of incompleteness appears around the denomination. While minor relative to the normal imperfections encountered, these peccadillos certainly prevent this piece from receiving an even higher grade. Estimate: $400 - $800.
