- GREAT BRITAIN. Trade Dollar, 1900-C. Calcutta Mint. PCGS MS-61 Gold Shield. KM-T5; Mars-BTD1; Prid-10. This RARE date offers shimmering brilliance and some pleasing golden toning near the peripheries. Some scattered marks and a few dark spots are noted, but do not draw from its importance. Compare to a similar example, also a PCGS MS-61, that realized a total of $9,600 [!] in our October 2020 Hong Kong auction (lot 40132). Estimate: $2,000 - $3,000.
