- 1795 Flowing Hair Half Dime. LM-8. Rarity-3. VF-25 (PCGS). Medium golden gray high points with some deepening gray, blue and slate at the peripheries and around the devices. Some light marks become apparent under low magnification, none of them overbearing or apt to sway your bidding decision. Dies aligned 250º, head of eagle points to a spot just shy of 3:00 rather than to 12:00 if the dies had been aligned in their standard position.
