ECUADOR. 1/4 Real, 1852-QUITO GJ. Quito Mint. PCGS MS-63. KM-36. This wonderful silver minor displays great originality with scarcely any signs of handling. The surfaces are toned to a speckled olive gray with abundant underlying luster in the fields. Although it exhibits some die rust on the reverse, the details and legends remain pleasingly crisp.
