There is no way anyone could ever say this coin is anything but original. It is also VERY high end in quality. Deep and thickly satiny surfaces appear clean and problem free. The luster is moderate but does beam from all over. Both sides are evenly covered by a moderate mix of totally original pewter/green/gold/rose/golden brown colors. Miss Liberty and the details are needle sharp in strike and do stand out (especially on the reverse). The eye appeal is superb! PCGS 17, NGC 29, CAC 10. PCGS has graded only 3 coins in MS65+. The last one to sell in major auction brought $6,600 in June 2020. An MS66 PCGS /CAC if you could find one would cost at least $17-$20,000. The current Collectors Universe value is $11,000. This series has been so knocked down over the past few years. Time for a revival! Cert. Number 39198339 PCGS # 4520.00
